I did. Added some Clorox to the soapy water and had to do it a couple times. Let it sit for a little too. It does come out

You need to clean baskets with soapy water, let it dry, then blast it with the highest temperature setting it has for 20 mins. If it doesn't go away I would blast it again for another 20 mins. I had to do it twice to get rid of the smell.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Before use, you need to clean the baskets. I did that. I also preheated the unit for 5 minutes, before I put any food in the trays. Had no issues with my food tasting like chemicals. The booklet said that it's normal to smell the chemicals, but when I cleaned it and preheated it before I even used it, I had no issues.
