Great product with reliable results. I love Bella Pro products. This is the second air fryer I own from them. I bought this to cook two things at the same time. It works very well for that purpose. My original fryer is for bulk but this one is for variety. Keep in mind that the baskets are smaller but it also cooks quicker since the heat is concentrated. Also, I love that I can use one basket at a time if needed.

This is our 3rd air fryer and we love it! Just like the others, it takes a little bit to get used to. The touch screen buttons were a little tricky but after a few days, no problem at all. Now the “bad” is out of the way, let me tell you, this thing rocks! The features are great, cooks awesomely and a breeze to clean. I watched a video on YouTube that this gentleman made and it was in depth and great. I even had the confidence to try a fat ribeye steak in this. Blasphemy to me and my grill…. It was AMAZING! The only thing it lacked was the “fire taste” but it blew my mind and taste buds. I haughty recommend this!

Love the ease of having 2 baskets. The crisping trays are super easy to clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars are the buttons. They sometimes do not respond at first touch and take multiple attempts to set the temperature and time.

First air fryer delivered but cracked on the bottom. Best Buy did a quick return and replacement. I love the dual air fryer. I have a DASH 2qrt air fryer which was my gateway appliance. I never thought I would use it much because I don't eat fried food, but boy was I wrong. I am air fryer crazy!!! I have made every veggie fry you can think of, and the dual baskets just make it even easier to fix a whole meal in very little time. It did have a rather strong plastic smell on first use but I used vinegar and lime in the baskets and ran a few times and it definitely helped. Hopefully with continued use the smell will dissipate. No transfer to food. Controls are easy and intuitive. Good value for the money. I would recommend.

Makes for great family dinners, making multiple foods at once or syncing up baskets for large amounts of food. Great for reheating leftover foods quickly, beats microwave by making them crispy like they were still freshly made. Also fits on our counter perfectly. Would recommend!

This air fryer works great. I’ve had it for several mos now and I’ve had no issues with it thus far. It heats each side independently and it’s true to temp. I will say I’m in love with the sleek design of it and it looks good w/my other appliances on my kitchen counter. I will say though that the baskets are very narrow & on the small side…great for a single person not so great for a large family. I have 3 air fryers and this serves the purpose of its purchase just fine. I did buy an accessory kit on Amazon recently so I get even more use out of the space now than before. Bottom line…I would buy again if something happened to the one I already have. Also I forgot to mention it is very easy to clean!

We have had this for a few months now, and overall we love it. The baskets are not huge, but they get the job done. But, having only had it for a couple months it's a bit shocking that the coating on one of the crisping trays has already started to come off. See photo. When I reached out to Bella about this, and they said to return it, or if that wasn't an option they gave me an amazon link... So great air fryer, horrible customer service from the manufacturer.

This dual basket air fryer is awesome! The flexibility of cooking 2 things at the same time is the main selling point. We no longer have to wait until one dish is done before we can cook the other. I took off 1 star because even after using it for almost 3 months, it generates a funky plastic smell when it runs.

I never knew I needed an air fryer until I had one. This unit is great, works well, easy to use. Best of all, perfect tater tots and pretty much everything you can fry done in about 15 minutes. It's easy to clean too.

Let me get right to it. Everything I cooked with this air fryer came out pretty good. The results were somewhere between oven baked and pan fried. So after turning on the fryer you select from a variety of cooking styles/modes. I'm not sure if there is a actual difference in cooking methods when selecting any particular mode, but I do know that each mode has its own max temperature and timer. I used Air Fryer mode for the majority of the testing. Bake mode for cookies, Broil mode for a cut of steak, and Heat-Up for various left overs were other modes I tested, all with pretty good results. I was curious as to how my preferred cut of steak would turn out using this air fryer. I was skeptical in it's ability to sear the meat but to my surprise the steak turned out with a good amount of sear. Cooking times and temperatures will vary but I only had to turn the steak over once in the middle of the cook time as opposed to several times to get even cooking. The only downside to cooking steaks in the air fryer as opposed to an open pan is you lose the ability to spoon baste the meat as it cooks. Usually I spoon over butter or marinade as it grills but that's just not feasible in the air fryer. The resulting steak was seared and juicy nonetheless. The cut of steak I broiled in sauce came out great to. No sear on the broiled steak because I wanted to test the raw cooking ability of the fryer from raw to fully cooked. Usually I would pan fry then finish it off in the broiler. That too came out tasty As for veggies, I prefer the air fried results every time. Whether its veggies for pasta, fajitas or as a side dish, all were much better air fried. They were crisp with a good amount of sear. Frozen foods you would normally bake quickly or even microwave such as tater tots, pasta dishes and sticks all come out superior air fried. Consistently cooked throughout and no light burns. If you were ever tired about how spotty the microwave is at heating up leftovers, I can almost say for certain you won't have that problem with food reheated in the air fryer. This heated up leftover pizza so crisp without any soggy results. Everything we reheated came out great. It will take longer than using the microwave and you are limited to what you can fit in the pot/pan, but I'll take the longer time every time with results like I got using the fryer. I did bake some of those Tollhouse cookies using the Bake mode and the results were surprisingly very different than using a traditional oven. Instead of coming out the usual soft bake style, using the fryer they were almost cracker like on the outside. Crisp almost like a pecan sandie but then soft baked on the inside. They obviously tasted the same but the texture was different. So the nice things about cooking with this air fryer is that you can cook two different items at once. I cooked two steaks at once using vastly different methods. I used one chamber several times all while the unused chamber stays relatively cool. So to recap, I liked the easier clean up, the set and almost forget ease of use, the ability to cook two different dishes, and the reheat function makes my microwave almost obsolete at the task. The only hiccup i encountered wasn't the quality of the food but the smell. Not of the food but the smell of heated plastic. I washed the unit thoroughly before use but there was a noticeable smell. The manual said it goes away after the first use but as of writing I've used it almost 10 times and I can still very faintly make out the smell of plastic. Perhaps in time it will dissipate completely. Luckily the food isn't affected by it.
