No, it's two individual baskets, a left and a right, you'd want a one drawer machine

No. You have two options: cut the chicken into serviceable sizes, or limit the size to about a 2.5 lb. whole chicken per basket.

No unfortunately . Both sides can have their own temps and times but the center seperator piece is built into the rest of the unit. Could get a small chicken in one side though due to the size.
