A:AnswerYes & they are true to temp on each side. I’ve had min now for several mos and I meal prep with it. I cook my salmon and chicken on different temps and both come out perfectly. Also each compartment is completely sealed off from each other so I do hv any issue with my chicken smelling or tasting like the salmon. I’ve also done a stir fry on one side while roasting veggies on the other with no problems either. Hope this helps!
