A:AnswerDo not buy it, the pump isn’t strong enough to push the water, mine never worked since I bought it and could not return it because they told me to take it to the store to get it fixed but how are they going to fix something that is brand new.

A:AnswerDirections say to repeat steps 2 through 4 if this happens. It has happend to us on all 4 that we bought. It seems that the water has a hard time making it's way through the plumbing for the first time, as if it needs to get primed. We kept removing and re-inserting the water tank and eventually it seemed as if we were able to sort of push the water through. Once it worked we never had any issues again.
