“I just purchased the Bella pro capsule coffee maker. I followed all of the directions. I see the water bubbles when the part is attached. When I choose either coffee size, it makes noise and rumbles, but nothing comes out. What else can I do?”

Directions say to repeat steps 2 through 4 if this happens. It has happend to us on all 4 that we bought. It seems that the water has a hard time making it's way through the plumbing for the first time, as if it needs to get primed. We kept removing and re-inserting the water tank and eventually it seemed as if we were able to sort of push the water through. Once it worked we never had any issues again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you pull the orange tab off of the bottom of the dispenser? I’d make sure it was firmly on the machine after making sure the orange plastic tab was removed and that there’s nothing blocking it.
