“The cup buttons wouldn't blink when I press the power button. I checked the reservoir and questions here. I tried reinserting it, turning the machine all around, shaking it and put a little water into the hole and won't take it. Anything else I can try?”

The instructions are not good. I thought it would blink when ready to brew but it doesn't. I had the issue where it would pump twice for a few seconds each and do nothing. I just had to do the "remove and re-insert reservoir" step, but I had to do it like literally 100 times before it would work. But just keep doing it and eventually you'll get enough water in the system to brew. Took my 90 minutes of troubleshooting to get to work but now its good. For $60 I can't complain too much.
