I have no idea! But I can assure you with my first-hand experience that this brand is not legitimate! They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Try contacting them for their warranty a month after use and you’ll see for yourself. These brands should not be allowed to sell on large platforms.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had ours for 2+ years and my wife and I use it daily during the colder months for brewing hot tea. I use it less during the summer to brew iced tea. I can’t address other comments but we have never seen any sign of rust, inside or out and I assure you we don’t baby the kettle. Does it get dirty, duh, we use it daily. When it starts to show signs of stain I clean it. It works great for us.
