- Answer It’s all stainless steel interior and exterior with minimal hard plastic, like the legs, for example. I wanted a stainless steel appliance with no non stick coating and this is it. I love it. And so easy to use.

- Answer Pretty accurate for me. Although when I use the convection feature for a recipe or a frozen pizza (I.e.) I reduce the temp by 25 degrees F and the time by a few mins and it cooks perfectly. Highly recommend it!

QuestionAre the heating elements covered so as to be protected?

- Answer The heating elements are not covered on the bottom, however, I haven’t had a problem with that. It comes with 2 different trays. One is an oven rack, the other is a tray. If I’m concerned that something might drip, I cover the unused tray with foil and put it on the bottom rack setting to catch any debris that falls. Hope that helps.

- Answer With the rack on the bottom most location, it is 1-3/4" from the bottom elements and 5-1/2" from the top elements. The max height of a dish would depend on how close you are willing to put a dish to those top elements.

- Answer Wear oven mitts or the like, its 1800 watts of power. It comes with a list of safety instructions to follow. As far as the wording goes when cleaning, so far it has not come off.

- Answer Yes, oven will turn off when timer reaches 0:00. Just yesterday I left chicken cooking with just 15 minutes left. When we arrived home, the toaster had turned off automatically.
