I have the same issue. I did upload everything Bella team asked for. Got a reply saying that management doesn't consider this issue to be covered under warranty. Basically they refused to replace or help me in any way. It was not even 3 months old
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Exactly the same happened to ours. Lasted less than 3 weeks. Best Buy's worst in class return policy is 14 days. So you're screwed unless you're diligent enough to go through the Bella Pro warranty process. You must be good with uploading video and sharing large digital files. Otherwise, just take the loss and stay far away from Best Buy stores. I own a digital media company. I can play this game better than them. I will get a replacement from this warranty.
