• It can be controlled in 2 degrees increments (I.e. 62, 64)

• You can set the temperature within a certain range (if memory serves it is 68 to 80 degrees).

• Yes it is controlled. You can set the temperature the way you want it even at zero if you want just the animation to show without the heat....It came up with a remote for easy manipulation. ...
