A:Answerit does have an HDMI input - so am sure you COULD play a game on it - but the refresh/response rates might not be fast enough for the xbox graphics.
I think the colors look great on mine - but am not a gamer. The price is right for trying one out though - just hold the receipt in case you need to return,
