Q: QuestionHow many amps does this draw when compressor is running? I'm thinking of using a generator ro run this at times and need to know if I have enough generator power to do so. Thanks, Patti
Asked by Pattijo2.
- A:Answer I don't know what the specifications are on this unit but every modern mini fridge in this size range I've seen uses 100 watts or less when running. If you want to use a power inverter or generator, I would use use at a bare minimum a 300 watt unit (more is better) as the motors typically require 3-4 times the running wattage briefly to get the motor moving.

Q: QuestionCan you KEEP this outside? Previous question confirmed it can be used but I would like to store outside. Will it withstand weather?
Asked by Mary.
- A:Answer I had a similar one (different manufacture but a stainless steel with glass to like this one). I kept mine outside under a porch for 17 years with no problem. You should do ok with it. If iI purchase this one I will be using it outside. This year mine quit cooling - pretty good service I think.
