• I would restart your phone or computer because these texts or emails are sent automatically. They are not done manually (by a person). If you press the button for either option, they are sent right away. You will get one or the other.

• Those sound like technical glitches or account specific problems. My advice for those is to reach out to Best Buy's customer support directly so they can sort it out for you.
