Is a tool needed to adjust the tilt? null

If it doesn't tilt for you out of the box, you'll need a wrench to slightly loosen the bolts. They came way too tight and ours wouldn't budge until loosened.

Allen wrenches come with it, but mine was already adjusted, and I mounted a 42” on it.
