• A:Answer Yes. When as close to wall as possible, the back of TV will be about 4" from the wall - see photo "TV flat against wall". The mechanism takes up some space between TV and wall even when fully folded flat. When fully extended with TV parallel to wall, the back of TV will be about 18" from wall - "TV extended parallel". At that full extension, our 32" TV can then be turned fully perpendicular (90 degrees) to the wall - "TV extended perpendicular". This should give you some sense of the tremendous adjustability of this mount. "Full motion" for sure, since you can position the TV anywhere between these extremes. We can easily adjust it for best viewing from any point in the room.

Q: QuestionOn the 100x100cm mounting plate that attaches directly to the back of TV, are the 4 extension arms (which extend its reach to 400x400cm) removable? My mounting area is near the top of my TV. If the arms aren't removable, they'll look like rabbit ears!

Q: QuestionWhen attaching the TV to the arm, does the TV rest on the arm or does it need to be held while the 2 nuts are attached? I've installed mounts where the TV can be placed on the arm and then it rests there while you work on securing it to the arm.

Q: QuestionI am trying to fix the wall plate into a stud. Three pilot holes were drilled with 3/16 drill bit. However it is impossible to screw in the lag bolts. I have a feeling that 3/16 is too small. Anyone has the same experience? Please advise.

Q: QuestionHow do I adjust tilt

• A:Answer The manual for this mount doesn’t give any instruction to adjust the tilt except for basically “grab your TV and tilt it up or down.“ Neither of the customer support answers here on the website really helped either as this mount has smooth bolts going into black smooth covers on the back of the plate that tilts up and down. The way I solved it was get a small pry tool or very thin flat-bladed screwdriver, and pry the black plastic caps off of the bolts that are on the back of the tilt plate to expose to 10 mm nuts. Take a small wrench or 10 mm socket and gently tighten both sides equally and try moving the plate back-and-forth for the ability to barely move it up and down with your hand. Then leave the plastic caps off and remount your TV and check the tension with the TV on it. You can then put the black caps back on or, like me, just leave them off for future adjustments. Hope that helps and wish the manufacturer would’ve either left the decorative caps off or at least put the instruction in the manual.
