“How do you make this wall mount tilt? The instructions say it can tilt up to 12 degrees. But it won't budge and there's nothing in the instructions about adjusting it to make it tilt.”

My instructions showed how the Allen wrench(supplied) could adjust the tilt, but mine was already adjusted. I mounted a 42”, grab the sides of my TV, for the angle I want.
