Will this on a 32 in. Hisense Class A4 TV? null

I don't have your specific tv, however I can say as long as the back the TV has a VESA pattern, this should work. There's a variety of bolts and spacers provided so you should not find your self over tightening and the back plate that actually mounts to the TV, is completely adjustable for a variety of sizes from 19" up to 50" TVs.
