- Answer Unless you are referring to the actual letters themselves being indented (which is a great idea but have never seen that), or you coat each key with a clear resin (another idea), all letters wear off. I've seen replacement, single letter keys...somewhere.

- Answer This keyboard surprisingly has virtually no-click sound. I do not like click noise keyboards because they wind up being hard on the fingers and are a sign of cheap workmanship in the keyboard. This was one of the reasons i love this keyboard when traveling because it feels soft, realiable and quiet. Because of the price being so cheap for this keyboard and the quality it has I will happily gift it away when my traveling work is done and just buy me another when I arrive at my next work assignment so I do not add to my already nearing max weight limit luggage.

QuestionWhy does this keyboard go to sleep? It has to be unplugged and plugged back into the system, to wake it up? Also, when numeric lock key is hit, the light does not turn on.

- Answer Hi, those problems may have existed 2 years ago but as of Aug 2024, no such issues exist. Regarding the KB "going to sleep". It's a passive KB. It cannot go to sleep as a Bluetooth may. Maybe your machine was dosing. I cannot answer to Apple products.

- Answer Press the Caps Lock, Num Lock or Scroll Lock keys to turn the LEDs for those functions.

QuestionIs this keyboard compatible with iMac?

- Answer The keyboard is configured for PC and lacks the Mac key markings. On my Mac (running Sequoia 15.2), the scroll lock key darkens the screen and the Pause/Break lightens the screen. The Number Lock key does not toggle between direction control and numbers on the keypad. Further, the Mac says keyboard is at 55% capacity, but this wired keyboard has not batteries.

- Answer This keyboard will lighten the screen on my Mac (running Sequoia 15.2) by pressing the Pause/Break key. It will darken the screen by pressing the Scroll lock key.
