I actually like listening to all the different languages on track 1, and then it does the cleaning on Track 2 (for English). Track 9 (for English) Says "your cleaning is now complete. . . enjoy the music." Sometimes I listen to other languages Track 3, 4, 5, etc to do two or three cleans if I've gone more than 9 or 10 hours without cleaning.
