Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I first put mine in my blu ray player, nothing happened. Then I noticed there is a small circular sticker just over the hole in the disc that says “remove before use” in red. Once I did that and reinserted in the tray and hit play, it played as expected

Follow voice instructions. The Voice instructions say: 1. Select track two for English instructions (other tracks have instructions in other languages) Track two says choose track nine when the music stops. Thack NINE is the "cleaning track" - play it for at least twenty seconds. Press Stop and/or Eject
