WE CANCELED WHILE SITTING AT THEW MANAGERS DESK!!! LAST YEAR!!! MANAGER STATED "NO WORRIES I JUST MADE SURE THAT IT WOULD NOT RENEW!!!" AND YET HERE WE ARE A YEAR LATER AND BB CHARGED MY CC $49.99!!! I WANT MY $$$ REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.... OH SURE YOU SENT WARNINGS FROM A NO RETURN EMAIL... AND WE STILL CANT TALK TO A HUMAN VIA PHONE... REFUND NOW!

Review any refund or billing implications: If you cancel within the first 60 days of a yearly membership: you may receive a full refund minus the value of any used benefits. If you cancel after 60 days, you may receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days and minus the value of benefits you used.

Select “Memberships” from the dropdown menu. Under My Best Buy Plus™, click “Manage Membership.” Choose “Cancel Membership” and follow the on-screen steps to confirm. Cancel by Phone You can also call Best Buy Customer Support at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) and ask them to cancel your membership. After Canceling You’ll still enjoy the benefits until your current billing cycle ends. After that, the membership will not renew automatically.
