Q: QuestionBesides 60 day returns and 2-day shipping, are there other perks. why we should pay ($50 a year) for another membership? Worthwhile discounts would entice us for example: additional 10% off sale items or 50% off all open box items. There has to be more.

• A:Answer Yeah, as an example, have you ever bought something and on the 15 days, the priced dropped? How about even 31 days like other retailers typically? That especially happens with Phones, and Computer hardware, like video cards and ssd storage. I actually went back to Best buy twice within 40 days to get back the price difference from a samsung ssd that I bought!! And Gpu prices dropped so I ended up upgrading the Video Card I bought for a more powerful one!!, LOL! I'm smiling now!!

• A:Answer On 1/16/2024 I cancelled my membership plan of $189.00 with a chat with Kusuma. He said that my membership would be cancelled, and sent me a transcript of the cancellation. However, my visa card has been charged. Kusuma saId that it would take 24 hours to credit the charge back to my credit card. As of today, 1/20, the charge is still on my visa, When can I expect a refund to my Visa card.

• A:Answer From my experience, no. If you ask Best Buy, they will assure you that members receive exclusive, early access to these products to sell the membership to you like they did to me. I haven't had any early or exclusive access to high demand products that they specifically promised I would get early access to purchase. Don't buy the membership for that benefit.
