Hi, If you purchase an iPhone in the middle of your Total Tech plan, you will still receive up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection or AppleCare+ coverage, even after your Total Tech membership ends. However, to continue receiving coverage beyond 24 months, you will need to purchase AppleCare+ directly from Apple. AppleCare+ can be extended to 3 years and beyond. To do this, you can purchase AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. This plan includes everything in AppleCare+ and up to two incidents of theft or loss coverage every 12 months, each subject to a service fee or deductible. AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss automatically renews each year, unless you cancel it. The cost of AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss varies depending on the product. For example, for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss costs $269.
