“I just bought the TTS 1 yr package.... I haave a problem downloading files on to my computer... I always get a message that the file has a virus and was deleted,,, Is diagnostics/ Fix included in the TTS package???”

you need to go in thru BestBuy.Com and then search for the correct download point. If you are using Edge , Makesure you are on the real edge site and not the normingge site. look at the address bar to make sure you are on a https not http.
