- Answer Total tech support means that you will get discounted prices for being a member. Parts & service call is discounted, but the only freebie would be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. As expensive as they are, just get yourself a decent power surge protector.

- Answer Best Buy has the optional service of picking up your old appliance for a small free. I chose this service when I had to replace my old washer and dryer. They shipped my new Samsung dryer and washer combo free of charge and brought them into my basement and had them installed for a small nominal fee.
