QuestionDoes this cover all purchases at Best Buy? For example, I bought a Keurig and it seems to have power issues and have had it only 20 months.

- Answer If your Best Buy Totaltech was active, at the time of purchase, you should have 24 months of protection on your Keurig. Best Buy Totaltech will not retroactively go back to previous purchases and will only apply to purchases made while the plan is active. - Answer If you purchased the TV within the 14 day return policy then yes you can return the TV and re -buy it with the Total Tech. If it's been longer than 14 days I'm afraid not unless you walk into a store and a Manager will allow the return.

- Answer Totaltech will provide free installation for all car audio products as long as they're purchased with at Best Buy with an active Totaltech membership. The membership does not provide any discounts if the products are not purchased at Best Buy, but we can still install them for you at retail price.

QuestionLooking at buying six home appliances, will one $199.99 Totaltech membership cover ALL six appliances for 2-years? When the 2-year coverage is up, can I renew the Totaltech membership for another 2 years of coverage after that?

- Answer Yes it covers everything you buy at Best Buy. When the 2 years is up you can purchase a monthly insurance on most products. So Total Tech will cover 2 years as long as you are a member and after that if you want to keep insurance you will have to pay a monthly payment to keep it.

- Answer Either way, if you look at it you’re winning you can buy a new car and you still need a service even with the warranty but it’s great to have it under warranty but like everything maintenance is a must free or charge if you’d like it you have to maintain it

For example in dash receivers and remote starter systems are free standard installation with purchase of the systems themselves. There is not a limit on installation services so if you buy a system for one vehicle then a few months later a system for the second both still qualify.
