- A:Answer Hi, According to the Best Buy website, Totaltech Yearly Membership includes free standard installation and delivery on most ranges, including those not purchased at Best Buy. However, there are a few exceptions: Advanced installations: This includes mounting your TV to a brick or concrete wall, or installing it in a custom location. Advanced installations are available for a fee, and Totaltech members receive a 20% discount. Commercial installations: Totaltech does not cover commercial installations. TVs that are not compatible with Geek Squad installation: Some TVs are too large or heavy for Geek Squad to install safely. If you are unsure whether your TV is compatible, you can contact Geek Squad for assistance. To schedule an installation for a TV that was not purchased at Best Buy, you can contact Geek Squad at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) or visit a Best Buy store. I hope this info helps!

Yes, in general, the services you describe are included for free for Totaltech members when scheduled in conjunction with the corresponding appliance purchase. Some appliance installation services are considered "complex" and only qualify for a 20% discount, but I'm not seeing any of those on the scenario you outlined. Check with your in-store associate when you get ready to buy just to be sure. Also, I checked the regular retail price of the services you mention for non-members, and that would come to around $700, so it completely makes sense to purchase a Totaltech membership during your upcoming transaction to get those services free.
