• Our Totaltech membership does cover older computers as long as they are still running a supported Windows or Apple operating system. Totaltech covers most labor and those not covered get a 20% discount(I.E. advanced services). The only thing Totaltech does not cover are parts for the repairs, unless it was purchased from us while having Totaltech and therefore getting up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection.
