Items like phones, computers, and tablets tend to have accidental damage coverage under the free Best Buy Protection Plan while items like appliances will not. If the item was purchased before the Totaltech membership was active, was purchased outside of Best Buy, or does not have accidental coverage like TVs you would still get a 20% discount under your membership plan for repairs.
