Total Tech is completely different than Geek Squad. Just like statements are completely different than questions.

Unfortunately, Best Buy no longer offers a standalone Geek Squad plan, and people like you who had those were upgraded to a Totaltech membership back in October of last year. We would have sent several email messages back then alerting you to the changes, and also 60 and 30 days before your renewal date. Please give us a call at your convenience at 888-237-8289 (888-BEST-BUY) so that we can make sure we have an accurate email address on record for you. You can read about all the new benefits of your Totaltech membership at bestbuy.com/totaltech. Should you wish to cancel your membership for a full refund, you can give us a call at that same number, and Best Buy will process that for you. If it has been more than 60 days since your renewal, you will get a prorated refund.
