Due to how the My Best Buy Total™ membership functions with included protection plans and benefits, we do not offer the memberships automatic renewal to be disabled. You will be notified up to 30 days prior to renewal if you would like to cancel the membership at renewal and you can return the membership at anytime if you choose to cancel. Please know that to receive a full refund, cancellation must be completed within 60 days of renewal. Outside that period or if you received a discount during that period from your membership, the refund will be pro-rated.
