Q: QuestionIs it magnetic, can it be used with an induction cooktop?

- A:Answer Dear customer, we recommend that you use it on its own power device. Because the bottom of the kettle is not used for an induction cooktop.

Q: QuestionHow to use it. what numeber 100, 400 mean? what number 1, 15, 30 mean? How to make it boil water, please give me step by step instruction.

- A:Answer Thanks for reaching out! Turn the knob to power on and pick a cooking mode. Functions 1-6: hit “+” or “–” to set the minutes (0, 10, 15, etc.). Boil mode auto-stops at 212 °F (100 °C); no timer needed. Keep-Warm: choose the cup icon, then “+”/“–” to dial in 113-185 °F (45-85 °C). Twist the knob to change the power level from 100 W to 400 W.
