HI Diana. Thank you for purchasing a Beurer Product. My name is Sheila from Beurer North America, and I will be glad to help you with your questions. The length of the cord with the controller is 112 inches (approx. 9'5 ft). The voltage of the product is 120. You can use a converter if needing a 220V. The pillow is to be used while plugged in and it will automatically shut off after 120 minutes. It does allow to reset for continuous use. I hope I was able to answer all of your questions.
