• I guess it would if it properly fit into the monitor itself where the hose is inserted. Won't hurt to try if you already have the monitor and all. It has worked great for me and is very accurate.

• I think a smaller cuff would fit on this monitor because you can disconnect the sleeve/cuff from the monitor by the hose.
