The Bio Bidet Prestige BB-800 will have a fixed side panel. After the first few days you will need to twist your head to see what buttons to press but after that you should be able to remember the buttons and where they are located. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote is firmly fixed to the seat. You are correct you have to very slightly twist your neck to see what button you press. For me it was hard to see the button descriptions at this position. However, after few days I kind of got used to it. I recommend buying the detachable remote if possible. This design is not for people who who has poor eye sight as well.
