Not great. I have a cat so I can relate to pet hair that is everywhere. You need a good rotating brush to pick up pet hair and the handheld is not good for that. The handheld is better for loose debris.

It talks about the brush end picking up dust. I don't have pets, so not sure how good it would be at getting up pet hair. The bristles are very soft and not tightly woven.

Please try again later.The pet hair attachment is included and works just fine with the vacuum but the battery itself only works for a few minutes on a full charge and is completely not practical at all. It says it lasts 16 minutes on a full 3.5 hour charge but we found that it only lasts about ten minutes at a time before it quits; you can't even vacuum a complete room's floor before having to charge again for over three hours. If you do attempt to vacuum more than ten minutes at a time the battery gets extremely hot and shuts down. This is the biggest scam of a vacuum I have ever come across; the idea behind it is great but it is not practical at all for any real vacuuming purpose, only lasting a few minutes at a time. Save your money and purchase a much less expensive model (you are only going to get a few minutes at a time anyway) or stay with a corded vacuum.
