Q: QuestionDoes it have a brush that long hair gets tangled around?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes, unfortunately, as all vacuums do, from my experience. I also have long hair, as well as my daughter, and I realize how difficult it is to constantly keep the roller free from tangled hair. I recommend using a seams ripper, that is available in sewing kits. It works the best for me.....

Q: QuestionModel 1330 CLEANVIEW: On carpet, noise is acceptable and not out of the ordinary, but when transitioning to bare floors, an annoying shrieking sound permeates the air! Has anyone else experienced this "not-so joyful" noise?
Asked by RJM713.
- A:Answer Not experienced it. Had mine for about a month now. Have pet so vacuum quite often on both carpet and bare floor in rented apt. Id suggest bringing it back or having it looked at if that's only place it make such noise. Or buy another one and see if it does same then it may be a reaction on your floor?

Q: QuestionHow do we clean the filter. I only take it out, clean the dirt by throwing the dirt away but I'm not sure how to clean the filter. It's been a year I'm using it but never cleaned the filter. Please help.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Not quite sure which part exactly you mean but if it's the small square part on top under lid, we just shake it out a bit after every two vacuums. (We have a pet so vacuum maybe 4x week quickly especially when pet sheds often). So far only had this vacuum for a month and no problems yet (only find hose bit shorter then my last brand vacuum, but find cleaning on this one much better). Any ways, havent done it with this one yet but from what I gather plus similar to my last one, after dust it out or take soft older tooth brush to brush off main dirt/dust, Id say maybe every 2 months to soak it in some warm water with suds and then let it dry before putting it back. According to directions this is what I read as well, but I would've assumed it even with no directions. Also I understand if it gets real dirty after awhile even with soaking regularly, that best to buy new one (so basically bit of judgement call). As for other long bin part, after shaking it out each vacuum, I do see bits of dust dirt on groove areas but as long as not blocking I shake it real well, take quick tooth brush over it while its dry, and then just put piece back inside holder. Plan to sud rinse it every month. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHow long does the cord extend
Asked by Graniterockpecker.
- A:Answer I only pulled it out fully once just to get a general idea, but it was in a circular pile, so off of best judgement maybe 16 feet? Might be a question better suited for the manufacturer though.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between this (Model#1330) and the CleanView Plus Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum(Model#13321)?
Asked by urskriz.
- A:Answer Nothing really only difference really was that rewind does exactly that. My problem with such type machine is if rewind breaks, kind of hard to put it back in place so see it as bit of exercise and just wind up by hand! lol. Plus the price is bit higher for basically same machine only because it winds up.

Q: QuestionCan you explain what the Multi Level Filtration System is? Is this a pleated filter below the dirt canister just like a HEPA filter?
Asked by Kami.
- A:Answer In the top of canister is a sponge like filter that you can wash drys fast. Then has a filter that looks like My Hoover has but made out of plastic instead of the paper type that take forever to dry.
