QuestionJust wondering, are the rollers for this floor cleaner bristly enough to actually scrub berber type carpet (not plush) or are they just soft type rollers? Seems the pics show them to be a bit cotton looking for only using on non-carpet floors. Thanks!

QuestionI just bought the cordless Bissell crosswave max and I am not pleased. It leaves streaks and doesn’t get up small drips. I have LVP flooring in 95% of the house. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong? Is anyone else having this issue?

- Answer When washing the floor only press trigger on forward movement, pull back without water trigger, that should give you a dry floor.

- Answer I use it on my vinyl plank without any issues. But you could get the wood roller if you’re concerned

QuestionLooking for a vacuum/mop for work. I work at a warehouse with offices upstairs and the floors get very dusty and dirty fast due to conditions. floor is tile. would this hold up? offices arent huge either. Hard to find commercial grade vacuums like this.

- Answer The battery last around 30 minutes. So if you need to clean all of them at once, pending size and quantity of offices, i would say questionable. It does great on our tile at the house (pet and kid traffic on the floor)

- Answer If you have pets, may have pet hair stuck on the axle. Might need to take it out and make sure hair isn’t stopping it from spinning.
