• Lift off the back reservoir (for the cleaning supplies and water. There is a screw top that you take off and fill with water FIRST. Then put the cleaning supplies in and screw the cap back on it.

• There's two tanks. The one in the back between the long handle and the carry handle is the one that holds the clean water and the solution. There is also words on it that says "formula and water tank" then the dirty water goes in the front tank.
