- Answer This machine does not get hot enough for steam. It only keeps the water warm at around 100°F or so.

- Answer You can buy any cleaner and add it to the hot or cold water you put into the clean water side of the machine.

QuestionI have a 7x7 area rug ... I have tp deep clean the entire rug.. will I be able to do that with this vacuum in small sections?

- Answer This little guy should work well for that. It is light and easy to move around, plus the hose is a decent length and reasonably flexible. The suction is good and does a nice job of extracting the water. I also like that it isn't overly loud, and that the tanks are easy to pop on and off for filling/cleaning.

- Answer Yes, it may take a little time but I have used it on my mattress before because I was washing my sheets and my muddy dog got on my bare bed, did take a couple hours to fully dry but it worked and got the mud out

- Answer It shouldn't move hard. I just put my thumb in the upper corner and pull sideways mine comes off really easy.

- Answer Depends on what you’re looking for. If you just want a shop vac then yes. If you’re looking for some steam and agitation to get the dirt up ABSOLUTELY NOT.
