A:AnswerYou need to watch burber carpets. If you pull the fabric you will have a run in the carpet. If you do clean then i would only do a simple cleaning to start. Then if all seems well, and they are not clean enough you can try the deep cleaning. But the other setting does a great job too. Just take your time and see how it is doing. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerIt tells you in the manual that comes with the machine. If you dont have it you can look online at the Bessel sight and download the manual or watch a video if there is one there or on tube.
A:AnswerDouble check that the machine is assembled correctly. You will not pull up as much water as you spray out. The carpet will retain some of the moisture.

A:AnswerEASY fix. There is a red looking filter screen under the disposal tank. I believe cleaning that would solve the issue as there are few places to get stuck.
