“Why does the suction stop when the dirty water reservoir is only 1/3 full?”

• Because one of the few flaws with this machine is when you lean handle back, to use it. Water reaches the full mark when it is only 1/3 full. Another is it could sometimes use some extra weight in front right above the brushes, depending on your carpet. One way to get the suction to work a little longer is to lift the handle a little higher if you can. That also helps a little with the weight on the front.

• There’s a thing in the tank that floats when there is a certain amount of water in it. It stops when it reaches its max. It might seem like the tank can hold more but it’s to stop it from being over filled
