You have to plug it into the base by the foot of the machine in the front.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Flip open the cap in front of the handle on the back of the clear cover over the brush rolls. It should pop right in or snap right on. Start the cleaner. Just make sure the hose is in the correct way. It should start almost right away. The sprayer trigger is on the handle you connect to the hose. Pretty sure you don't even have to change the settings once the hose is connected it should automatically run it.
