“Is it safe to use other floor cleaning solutions instead of what comes with the mop?”

• One of the features I like about this product is that you can use whatever cleaning solution you like in the refillable tank. As far as safe you would most likely want to refer to the cleaning product label about its suggested application. The mop though can certainly dispense any liquid cleaning solution.

• Hi kmh - other cleaners and formulas could damage the spray on the machine. We recommend only using BISSELL formulas in this mop.

• Yes you may use other products instead of what comes with the mop. But doing so, make sure you read the details on the bottle as there is a certain mix ratio with water. If not done correctly, the mop nozzle spray might get clogged with thicker solutions you add.
