It happened to me as well. The first week upon purchasing this didn’t occur. But afterwards it started too. I thought maybe the bristles were dirty-nope. Assumed maybe they were just still very wet so I ran the machine to let it spin longer to get more of the water off and then I would suck it up. It helped slightly. But never really fixed. Ended up having a defective hose seal(both seals were bad) and just had to “exchange” and by exchange I mean they gave me a store credit gift card to buy another one and I have to repurchase a protection plan for something that was defective from the minute I used it. Insert eye roll. Not thrilled about the brand- had high hopes. And not thrilled about how Best Buy went about the situation.
