Yes, using the hose and head attachment. I usually have to carry it to the landing to get all of the stairs clean. But, it is very light, even when full.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe so. This cleaner is compact and light. You shouldn't have trouble lifting the cleaner onto each step and navigating with it. I can lift this with one hand. I'm 5'3" 105 pounds.
