My best understanding is that the activation code does not expire. My experience, when I bought a renewal, once I installed it and entered the activation code Bitdefender, simply added the new amount of time to the remaining old amount of time with no loss. When I "installed" the new agreement it didn't automatically show up until I entered the new activation code...then the new total time was shown
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it has an activation link from email after purchase. It expires the email with code do not hold onto it. If you have dell or windows operating system it comes automatically on your device = windows owns bit defender. Go to your windows + sign in online and search activation. Update it. Add to current subscription - no Because you may have paid a different 3rd party to activate. Are you sure you needed to get separately? You can always go to you provider to update contract And pay same party to continue subscription.
