Two answers for your question. First, if you want the trial version free for 30 days, you get it from Bitdefender online directly as the purchased product from ANY retailer does not qualify for a refund after being installed. You will also pay retail if you decide to keep the program after the trial time is complete. Second, the Purchased Bitdefender product time limit starts upon the installation on the first computer installed on not the purchase date. Hope this answers your question.
