“I have and love Bitdefender already and have recommended it to many others. My subscription is up soon. Can I buy this and use it to extend my subscription or will I have to redownload the program on all of our computers?”

I just purchased a subscription from Best Buy and was not able to extend my existing subscription. I contacted Bitdefender and was told since I purchased the new subscription from Best Buy they could not do anything for me. They told me that when my current subscription expires then start using my newly purchased subscription.
